Or Katherine Lydia Wood, as her full name is. She's my shiny new character, and I'd love it if I could get some threads for her![/blockquote]
She's forty-three, married to Oliver Wood, and has three children: Bow Wood, Angus Wood, and Alexandria Wood. To say she's very much a 'hands off' parent is a wee bit of an understatement, but she does love her kids. Honest. Even if she's not always 100% sure of her own fitness to be a mother all the time.
She adores her job: a former chaser for the Holyhead Harpies, she now coaches them, so you'd probably definitely come into contact with her or her husband if you have anything at all to do with the world of Quidditch.
She's a bit of a tomboy - it goes with the territory, really - but looks fairly good for a woman in her forties! She doesn't suffer fools gladly and is a bit quick-tempered sometimes, just a warning. She's also pretty good at hiding what she's really feeling. However, she's had a long and enduring romance with one of the most well-known Quidditch fanatics in the country: ...does that mean she knows the secret to being more important than Quidditch? You might want to pay attention to that!
