This is a thread for any photographers out there. I like taking photos, and I live showing them off - I already have a couple of gallery threads of my photos, but the galleries aren't really working for me at the moment.
It's not for manipped versions of other people's photos; there are other threads for that. It's not really for random pictures of yourself either. It's for the photos that really are a 'creation' (hence it's in this board) - pretty or otherwise arty photos you've taken yourself (manipped or not).
I know there was a thread in the general discussion board for photos, but a) it was used for all sorts of different photos of random things, and b) I see photography as an art form, so I feel like it belongs in here...
Not to say you can't post your photographs in other places too. But here, unlike the galleries, you can comment on other people's photos as well as post your own, so I thought it was worth having...
(Basically, I wanted a place to post some photos that didn't have to be a 'gallery'...)
