PERSONALITY:
The word most of Charlie’s band mates would use to describe her would be: bitch. She doesn’t mean to, but she’s just honest and she won’t put it in a good way. She speaks her thoughts exactly how she thinks it, usually. She’s not a curious person at all. She ‘goes with the flow’. She can either be very energetic or very lazy. Usually during a concert she’s there having fun and at home she’s either sleeping or eating.
She’s in a band full of guys so she’s grown and started acting like on of the guys. She’s hardy the girl you’d like to bring home to meet the parents. But she’s grown to adore every single on of the boys in the band. She thinks of them as her own brothers and she’s very protective of them even though she’s younger then most of them.
She’s grown closer to her mother since her father’s death. It hurt both of them deeply and Charlie wants to make most of her life being close to her mother like she was with her father. As for her brother, she loves him but will never say it out loud. He was the first person to read her lyrics and give them praise, despite the fact that he was young and didn’t know what most of the words meant. She was extreamlly pleased to see that he was starting to develop his own magical abilities.

HISTORY: Jocelyn Holiday gave birth to her first child on the 22nd of February 2000. Her name was Charlie Anne Holiday. Her husband Jonathan was there by her side the whole time she was in labor. They were both content with just having one child. But Jocelyn had decided to have another as Charlie wasn’t an infant anymore. Charlie was around seven when her parents welcomed home their son, Drew Alexander Holiday.
Her relationship with her mother was fairly good. She was overprotective but Charlie new she had a reason to be. She had a stronger relationship with her father. Her father played in the local orchestra and had grown up with music. He had made it his job to make to put music in Charlie’s life too. He bought her first guitar at a young age and taught her everything he knew.
She was honestly surprised when she got an acceptance letter from one of the professors at Hogwarts. Her parents were a bit overbearing so there were cautious about letting her go to Hogwarts. Charlie loved the idea of going to a school to learn magic. And her parents could see that if they didn’t allow it Charlie would just get crushed.
She was a sorted into Gryffindor. She really had no preference. She had made some pretty good friends in Gryffindor. A few in other houses. In school she got decent grades, but unfortunately she didn’t have much to go on. And during her seventh year her father died. It hit her hard. She was a daddy’s girl. She was grew slightly depressed, her grades slipped and passed only half her NEWT’s.
Charlie moved back in with her mother after Hogwarts. She could see that her mother was sad but she didn’t show it. The fact that her mother was trying to move on made Charlie want to as well. She picked up a waitress job at a pub. She missed music so she answered a personal add in the Daily Prophet asking for a bassist.
For the next two years, everything with the band went at a constant pace. They mostly did covers of other bands, muggle & wizard. But eventually they tried their hand at writing their own stuff. They were pretty decent but of course they needed improvement.
Soon after that they got signed with a record label. It was extremely exciting and naturally they went out to celebrate like anyone else would. The band worked their butts off to finish their first album. That was about 5 months ago. The band just heard of a tour being planned for them. They’ll be the opening act for The Weird Sisters.
