BAD HABITS: always loses her wand, talks too much, never bothers to concentrate on things she finds dull.
GOOD HABITS: always tries to put people at ease when they seem uncomfortable, persists at things she's interested in until she completes them, doesn't stress about things she has no control over.
WEAKNESSES: tends towards the spoilt, chronically lazy, never does her homework, easily distracted, food.
STRENGTHS: very friendly and can put anyone at their ease if she puts her mind to it, always stands up for what she believes in, sharp and witty in arguments thanks to years of bickering with her brother/cousins.
PERSONALITY: Chloe is extremely chatty and vivacious. She loves nothing more than a good gossip and can spend hours just talking to her friends or family. She's very bubbly and loud and tends to draw a lot of attention even when she doesn't mean to sheerly by force of personality. You could say many things about Chloe, but something you definitely could never say is that she's quiet.
She's very bold and courageous and will try anything once, although she does err on the side of caution occasionally. She rarely - if ever - thinks things through before charging into them and even though this gets her in trouble quite regularly, she has a hapless sort of charm about her and such a good way with words that she can often talk her way out of trouble. Despite this, she can be extremely blonde and has said some incredibly stupid things in the past that she's not proud of.
She's chronically lazy and completely shameless about this. She doesn't mind poking fun at herself and often jokes about her compulsive inability to summon up the will to exercise. This ability to laugh at herself coupled with her chattiness and boldness leads her to have a wide circle of friends, and she makes new ones regularly. She values her social life highly and works hard to keep all her friendships running.
She can get very defensive about those who mean a lot to her and anybody who tries to mean to her loved ones will get very short shrift - she's not above a couple of meaningful hexes if it comes to it. She's a family girl to the end and would do anything for her brother, parents, and cousins; and thanks to her loving family she's very protected but also quite naive and sheltered.
The only time she gets nervous is when it comes to romance and relationships - when she wants to make a good impression on a boy she fancies, for example, she often ends up making a fool out of herself. Although she pretends to be bold, she's never gone further than second base with a boy and she's extremely nervous about going any further.
Schoolwork is not Chloe's forte, and in lessons she's much more likely to be found giggling in the back of the classroom than dutifully listening from the front. Her teachers probably despair of her, but she's easily clever enough to get by doing very little work, although she only gets passes and probably should do a lot better. Chloe leaves the academics to her twin brother, Sebastian. She prefers what she terms "life smarts" over "book smarts", and though she does pull her finger out occasionally it's a rare occurrence and she's much more likely to be found putting her cleverness towards matchmaking friends or winding up Sebastian than doing homework.

DEMENTOR: being split up from Sebastian by the Sorting Hat. These days she's glad of the independence but at the time she depended on Sebastian so much it nearly killed her to be separated from him.
PATRONUS: one hot summer's day when she was on holiday with her brother and parents in Spain and they climbed to the top of a mountain and had a picnic. She remembers her parents laughing and teasing each other and Seb pretending to be asleep but being wound up by their parents, and she's never felt so happy with the world as in that moment.

[/font][/center]FATHER:Theodore Nott, 44, Head of the Department of International Magical Cooperation. Chloe adores her father and would do absolutely anything for him, but does have a habit of winding him around her little finger to get what she wants.
MOTHER: Daphne Nott (nee Greengrass), 43, Relationship Counsellor. Chloe loves her mother to pieces and feels like she can talk about anything with her. She considers her mother one of her best friends and while they still have a very firm mother/daughter relationship Chloe would just as happily spend an afternoon shopping with her mother as her friends.
SIBLINGS: Sebastian Nott, 16, twin brother. Slytherin. Like any siblings, Chloe and Sebastian wind each other up no end and tease each other relentlessly. However, Chloe adores Sebastian and while she'd never admit it she considers him her best friend in the world and they can spend days upon end with only each other for company and be completely happy.
OTHER IMPORTANT FAMILY:
COUSINS - Scorpius Malfoy, 16, Slytherin. Another boy Chloe loves unconditionally, Scorpius has been one of Chloe's closest friends her whole life and she'd die for him in a second. They tease each other relentlessly but always have each other's backs. She doesn't always agree with or approve of his decisions but if anybody else challenges them she defends him without even thinking about it.
Damien Malfoy - the third boy that Chloe will love forever and ever, along with Scorpius and Sebastian. Chloe worries about Damien a lot and has a more big-sisterly relationship with him than anything else, and she feels she can talk to him about anything and hopes he feels the same way about her. He makes her laugh all the time and she loves to spend time with him. She'd do anything for him.
Chara "Ella" Malfoy - Chloe would do anything for her "baby" cousin, absolutely anything. As females, they're outnumbered by the boys in their family but that doesn't bother them because they always back each other up and stand up for each other, and combined they're a formidable team. Chloe worries about Ella but is confident she can hold her own, and always listens carefully whenever Ella has a problem with anything.
AUNT - Astoria Malfoy, 42. Chloe is a little intimidated by her aunt and never feels entirely comfortable when left alone with her. However, she always behaves well for her mother's sake and has a perfectly civil relationship with her aunt.
UNCLE - Draco Malfoy, 44, ____. Chloe has never been quite sure what to think of her uncle. She finds him a bit scary and she's sure he does everything he can to encourage this opinion. However, she also feels sorry for him all shut away and isolated and so compassion wars with intimidation whenever she's around him. She can't help being a bit insouciant around him, constantly hoping she'll provoke an amused reaction from him - or indeed any reaction at all.
GREAT-AUNT - Sophia Black, ___. Chloe has only relatively recently met her aunt and isn't entirely sure about her yet, but she really loves her aunt's attitude to life and her way of dealing with Chloe's father and secretly hopes she'll be a lot like Sophia when she's older.
HISTORY: Chloe was born on June 18th 2006, eight minutes after her twin brother, Sebastian. From the off, the twins were incredibly close, sharing a nursery and toys and later friends. They were blessed with incredibly loving parents, Daphne and Theodore Nott. The twins grew up in the Nott Manor in the heart of the English countryside, playing in the numerous rooms and huge, sprawling grounds either by themselves or with their cousins the Malfoys. Their parents often joined in their games and looking back these days Chloe cannot imagine a happier childhood. The family went on sunny holidays and had picnics by the lake at the bottom of the gardens and swam in the pool so often Chloe and Sebastian were practically aquatic creatures by the time they hit nine years old. They got lost together in the huge yew maze in the garden and these days being lost doesn't bother Chloe, she's so used to it and in fact the feeling is somewhat comforting, especially if she has Seb to be with.
They spent a lot of time with the children of other pureblood families such as the Montagues and the Zabinis and Angleseys and Lestranges, and along with their cousins the Malfoys Chloe and Sebastian spent a lot of time socialising with other children their age. Chloe was particularly close to Laetatia Anglesey and Diya Zabini, since all three girls are the same age, and remains close to them today. She also considered the older boys, Minos Montague and Kale Lestrange, like older brothers, and would hang on their every word about Hogwarts eagerly.
As the time to leave for Hogwarts drew closer Chloe was equal parts desperate to go and desperate not to go. She didn't want to be disturbed from her idyllic life, spending her days playing with Seb and being occasionally tutored by their mother so they were ready for school. She knew how much she'd miss home and her parents, because no matter how much she socialises she's still a home bird and probably always will be.
Going to Hogwarts, she clung to Scorpius and Sebastian on the train journey, spending half of it bouncing off the walls with excitement and the other half freaking out. The closer they got, the more excited she got, looking forward to seeing the school she'd been hearing so much about for so long. They lined up ready for the Sorting and Chloe was excited to be only two people down from Albus Potter, since she'd been hearing stories about his father for as long as she could remember. Scorpius was the first person she knew to be Sorted, and she was delighted when he went into Slytherin to join Minos and Kale. It was her turn three people later, and Chloe was terrified as she went up to the Hat. It put her in Gryffindor, to her total astonishment - both her parents had been Slytherins and it had just been assumed that she would go in there. She cried when Sebastian was put into Slytherin because she just couldn't fathom what she was supposed to do without him. However, one of the two girls sitting next to her was so pleased to be in Gryffindor and so keen to cheer Chloe up that she soon felt much better and became firm friends with the girl from that moment on, who turned out to be Rose Weasley. The two girls also made another best friend in Jocasta Kirke, and the three became very close and have stuck together ever since. Chloe is also close to Rose's cousin Dominique, who shares their dorm, and since the two girls have similar levels of volume they get along very well. Since that first day, however, Chloe has always considered Rose and Jo her very best friends and expects that they'll be friends forever.
As she got older and matured more, she began to realise how lucky she was in childhood and appreciated her parents all the more, missing them terribly while at school and delighting in spending time with them during the holidays. She is still extremely close to Sebastian, although now they've both hit puberty and he's discovered his devastating attractiveness to the opposite sex their almost symbiotic relationship has changed and matured, just like them. She still adores her brother and would defend him to the death.
Recently the drama in the Malfoy family has been worrying her and she doesn't know quite what to do about it. She doesn't want them to feel like she's butting in but she thinks that if someone just gave them all a little bit more love things might improve. She knows that her family is very loving and she reckons that if the Malfoys - or at the very least the children - came and spent a summer travelling with the Notts it would do them a world of good.
