I'm not exactly sure this is allowed, so feel free to delete, but I notice that some of you are having trouble finding 100x100 icons and I'd just like to say that I can help hunt down some if you want! If your celeb is fairly known, there should at least be some out there.
A great site for plain old graphics is hollow art which can find at their website or here at livejournal!
There's also more than a few livejournal communites you can access fantastic graphics at, but you might want to get a livejournal in case they need you to have membership to view the graphics! LJ is fairly easy to use once you get used to it and the people are fairly nice as long as you don't hotlink (a.k.a. you should upload to your own site such as photobucket), comment and credit.
A few awesome lj communities which may or may not be locked for you, but accessible for me because I've joined and got membership are assezbelle, genuine-essence, drugfactss, lightened, marvelment, xswaniconsx and heydracula.
