Personality: Aislinn is trying to 'find herself' still. Estranged from most of her family due to her magical abilities, she is unsure of her place in this world and what she wants to do with her life. Flying for her equals freedom, as she can soar high above the petty troubles of her life. She is fiesty and determined, and, as a Ravenclaw, obviously very intelligent. However, this does not stop her making stupid mistakes, especially where her lovelife is concerned, as she finds it hard to fully trust people. She handles responsibility very well, is dependable and trustworthy, and - despite what many think - is very able to have a good time!

Background: Aislinn got on well with her family until she went away to Hogwarts. She and her family gradually distanced themselves - as they did not understand this new world Aislinn was part of but that they were excluded from - a cold icy process that finally concluded in a fiery argument when Aislinn was aged 18, in which she stormed from the house for the final time. She is still in contact with Callum, and misses him very much. Aislinn got extremely good grades in both her OWLs and her NEWTs, achieving some of the highest marks in her year. After she left school, she worked as a muggle physiotherapist for two years, but missed the wizarding world too much, so instead worked in various jobs before settling upon teaching at Hogwarts, the place where she had been happiest.
Roleplay sample: Aislinn kicked off from the ground, holding onto her broomstick tightly, the wind whipping through her hair. Looking behind her, she saw the ground falling away from her like the cast-off skin of a snake, the Black Lake glistening like a jewel in the early morning. Bliss. She beamed, throwing her head back happily, and swooping downwards dramatically.
