Background: Isabella grew up in Ireland with an Irish father and a French mother. She attended Beauxbatons, as her mother had, and was kept away (the best she could be) when Voldemort was in power for a short and trying to overtake the wizarding world.
She speaks French fluently.
She was a bit of a wild child in her day. She knew when to take like a lady (as she had learned), but loved sneaking off to concerts to listen to the peaceful music. (In muggle terms, she was/is a bit of a hippie.) She got her first and only tattoo at 15, which her parents still know nothing about. While she might have done was bad things, she was a model student and valued her education.
