MOTHER: Amoriana Caryn, 40. Stays at home making sure the house looks perfect and plans ministry parties. Her father was a death eater and arranged her marrige to Byron. She is a perfectionist and never liked Gemma because she wanted to have three pureblood boys
SIBLINGS:
Garrenett: 21, former Slytherin, assistant to some big shot in the Ministry. ALways the sympathetic brother, he had a weakness for little Gemma when she was a little girl. He doesnt see her mucha nymore and their brother sister bond has faded almost completly
Arowyen Caryn: 18 Former Slytherin, still trying to figure out what to do, Arowyen is currently being sheltered ny their mother. He wa always her favorite even though he has been the least successful. He resents Gemma simply because their mother does.
Demilium Caryn: 16 Slytherin. Despite the fact that they are both Slytherin and in Hogwarts together, Gemma and Dem have little to nothing to do with eachother. They are parcticully strangers but lately Dem has been questioning her

HISTORY: Aat a young agee Gemma realized that although she was literally a piece of the family she wasnt ever going to be accepted as a Caryn and vowed to make her parents proud of her, and it seemed that the only way to do that was to be perfect. After an unhappy childhood, always on the outs of things, Gemma arrived at Hogwarts ready to start over. She was sorted into Slytherin and with her bubbly personality and way to make people feel special she quickly made friends. By the middl of her first year she had somehow managed to change herself from the unwanted child into the center of attention, even though her family had left its mark on her by making her uncomfortable on super close relationships. But that changed in her second year when Emiliea Purcel transferred from Beauxbatons to Hogwarts. The two girls quickly bonded but over the summer between their second and third years, Emi showed Gemma that she felt something more by kissing her, and Gemma might have liked it.
