Hi, I'm not sure you remember me, but I'm Chara Ella Malfoy - I was a patient of yours about two years ago now when I was getting in-patient treatment for an eating anor because I have had problems with food and eating and stuff.

We haven't spoken in a while and that's my family's fault. I think I was supposed to still see you after I got out of treatment, but I never did. Okay, let's skip the small talk. So... hypothetically speaking, what would happen if I were to relapse and told you about it?

Dear Ella,

Hypothetically speaking, I think that you'd have done the right thing by re-establishing contact with me and seeking help as soon as you have. People do relapse - it's not something that will prevent your recovery in the long-term, so stick in there. Again hypothetically speaking, I'd suggest that your treatment plan was re-evaluated, and that you also maintain contact with your nurse (Madame James at Hogwarts, I believe?) and your nutritionist.

Non-hypothetically speaking, have you relapsed, and would you like me to organise whatever help you feel you need for you?

Oh, right. All of that makes sense. That doesn't seem too daunting. It doesn't sound easy, but nothing ever is, is it?

No, I haven't relapsed.

Non-hypothetically speaking... I have indeed relapsed. (That was really difficult to write.) It's been going on for a while. But I'm scared this time - I wasn't scared of myself before. I think I've let it control of me instead of vice versa. I don't know what to do.
