Okay. There are a few questions actually.
So if some random guy I've never met before comes up when I'm in the middle of reading, sits down without me inviting him, and interrupts me, am I being huffy just because I'm not super friendly and welcoming?
And if he decides to draw a picture of me without asking, and then won't listen to me when I ask him not to, is it okay to tell me he's already drawn it, and if I don't let him draw more, he'll show it to everyone?
And if he decides to tell me how I ought to think and feel about the whole thing, and how I ought to be living my life, am I overreacting if I get angry?
Don't laugh.

No. You more than have the right to be huffy if he was being rude. Clearly you weren't interested in being bothered.
Wait, he's drawing you? Who is this? Nate? This is my Weasley side speaking, but take the drawing from him. If you don't want people seeing it, and its your face, you've not given him permission, you have the right to take it.
No, you're not in the slightest. Unless his name is Harry Potter, or Ginny Weasley, he has no right to tell you what to do. Its more than okay to get angry, at any time really. We all do.
love, Roxie
PS: I didn't laugh, promise.
