Winter, 2021 Because being in the dormitory after curfew was too mainstream or at least, that's what Archie thought as he sat on the windowsill of the Astronomy tower, leaning against the wall. The winter breeze brushed his handsome face, playing with his already messy hair. He took a drag of his cigarette, his other hand holding a bottle of beer that he had successfully snuck into the dormitory on the previous Hogsmeade weekend, all thanks to his Charms expertise. The sky was deadly black, hovered by the clouds. There was nothing much to see, really, but it was nice to be out in the cold weather. Soon, Archie heard footsteps coming. It was about time, he thought. He wondered if the prefect would actually inspect every corner of the tower (he was kind of hidden), or if they would just take a quick look on the room. Archie didn't move a single bit, keeping his attention on the forbidden forest. It was as if he was saying 'come at me, bro', though he would never literally say that kind of phrase. OOC: Ah, I run out of ideas. >.< Is it okay, twinny?

Diya shivered as another cold breeze struck her. She'd always patrolled inside the castle; she'd never had to bother much with thick clothes during patrols. Apparently, the new Head Girl wanted her to get a whiff of the outer world, whatever that meant. Diya cursed as her footsteps echoed across the high tower; nice way to inform the rule breaking students that you're arriving Diya, she chided herself as she took off her slippers.
She hadn't realised just how cold the weather was until her bare feet touched the cold floor, immediately freezing over. Deciding to throw sneakiness to the wind rather than freezing to death on patrol, Diya wore her slippers and climbed up the stairs.
The upper tower was empty; just as she had known it would be. She could never believe the stories people told about the place; anyway. People break school rules to come freeze out here; yeah right.
Diya took a few steps into the chamber, just in case she had missed something. She had almost come a full circle when out of nowhere, something tripped her. Or rather, someone's foot, as she found out later.
Looking up from her position on the floor, Diya had her strict Prefect mask in place as she stared at the guy before her.
(OOC: Its good, twiiny!)

As the footsteps came closer, Archie glanced at the darkness, appreciating the fact that the Prefect didn't use Lumos. Brave or sneaky? He couldn't decide which house they came from. An idea came into his mind. He hopped off his seat and took a seat on the cold floor, casually stretching his right foot in hope that they would fall for the old trick and fall for the old trick they did. Feeling slightly triumphant, he got up, putting the bottle on the windowsill, so he could take his wand out.
"Lumos," he murmured. The light came out from the tip of the wand, helping him to see who it was. It was a girl with a familiar face--he guessed she was a relative of Alysha, but unlike her relative, she had a stern expression on her rather attractive face. He took a drag of cigarette before he spoke in his calm tone. "A cold night to be out of the dorm, don't you think?" A smirk spread on his face. "Did the fall hurt you?"
