Nora has a spirited nature and is not afraid to express herself. She's into art and likes to sketch, pouring her emotions into them. Honesty and bravery is what she's big on, cause she would rather you say something to her face then like, although she applies it to herself and will lie when needed to. Who hasn't done that? She doesn't like be pushed around by people so employs bravery so she can stand up to them.
This young girl also has a good judge of character, for her to achieve her dreams well she can pretty much figure out who be friend and who to stay away from. She's endless supply of knowledge and it is due to her love for reading. Nora can even tell you which books holds what information you need for a class you need to home work for.
As a pureblood she follows the traditons and beliefs, although she despises the thought of pureblood families disowning their own members for being blood traitors or throwing them into a marriage they don't want to be in. Those two are her only down side.
FRIENDS Nora will have made lots of friends from Slytherin, pureblood to muggleborns, other houses she will befriend, depends on who you are, muggleborns not much. You will find she's loyal and a good friend to be around with. Her spiritied nature allows her to get into fun and adventure of any sort.
ENEMIES She's going to have a few enemies, dislikes and rivals. The details will be need to be discussed. Talking behind her back, as she really doesn't like that, is the one way ticket to board this train.
LOVERS Crushes, flings possibly, crush on her, past relationships or attraction. Nora has had a relationship or two in the past. Her recent relationship that ended had been with a pure blood, did not end well.

heyyyyy, tia!
i'm running v. v. late for a film date, so i must rush, thus i'm only doing nik & cass, my two seventh years... who are, coincidentally, both gryffindors. :L
nikolai is a very unobservant boy - mainly because he's rather self-important, but he's honestly just a good guy with a bit of a problem with, y'know, observing other people. i'm making him sound like an egocentric little twat, i realise, but he's honestly not - he's sweet, and he's super loyal to his mates - however, they have to get his attention first.
cassie is, frankly, an impulsive, slightly mad, completely maddening and fun-loving girl. she's prickly as hell in the morning, but other than that, she's one of the more cheerful girls in the year, despite her rather tight grasp on sarcasm. she'd befriend a sock if she could - she loves people, unless they annoy her, and she's willing to give everyone a chance provided that they prove they deserve one... shitty example, but as irritating as scorpius malfoy can be, she knows he's not a child-slaughtering wanker, because a) she's never seen him kill a child nor wank, but mainly because b) roxanne loves him, and she trusts roxanne.
um, sorry, very short, shitty descriptions with absolutely no suggestions right now for any relationships, but i really have to dash, sorry! xoxoxox

Hey Tia, Becca here! My character most likely to know her would be Scorpius Malfoy, her fellow 7th Year Slytherin. I don't know what you think Nora's mother's current relationship with Draco would be, whether they'd still be friends (something you'd probably need to talk to Ella, who plays him, about, haha) but I assume that even if they're not closely in touch, they'd still move in the same rich pureblood circles... Generally most of the kids from that class on this site know each other, at least vaguely, from social gatherings when they were kids, and as Scorp and Nora are the same age, I'd think they'd at least have run into each other...
I'm not entirely sure how well they'd have got on. I think most people read Scorpius' threads and think he's a lovely, friendly kind of guy, but the truth is, that's a side he shows to about three people (who just happen to be some of the people I rp him with most often). If he'd known her a long time, he wouldn't be horrible to her (unless she pissed him off in some way), but he just tends to be quite distant, and very sarcastic. If she could deal with that and accept it as just how he is, they could still be reasonable friends though, since he wouldn't have anything against her at all, I shouldn't think! And as she's a good judge of character, she might be slightly aware that he's not the dick he pretends to be, even if she hasn't seen any other side of him since he was a kid...
Other things you should probably know though, are that he's going out with Roxanne Weasley - they've been together about eighteen months - and that he's not living at home at the moment. He doesn't get on very well with his parents (the Malfoy family is kind of falling apart tbh, but nobody outside the family knows that) and he had a major fall out with his grandfather, so he moved out when he turned seventeen... He's now living with Teddy Lupin, who is his cousin obviously.
Oh, and before he was with Rox, he was a complete manwhore who never have meaningful relationships, only flings, so it's very possible he'd have flirted with her, and possibly more if she'd been up for it...
Aside from Scorpius, I'm not sure who I have that she'd know... The character I'm on the account for right now, Jethro Hunter, might have met her a few times, but he's nine years older than her, so it would be a casual acquaintance, I'd think. He also comes from the traditional pureblood circles though, and he knows the Malfoys and people like that.
My other students are all younger than her. The only other one in Slytherin is a 4th Year, Becky Dashwood, and as Nora values honesty, she probably wouldn't like Becky very much if they'd ever met haha.

I can see Nora not knowing him and not noticing him unless they got thrown into do something together for class this year. Potions maybe. He doesn't like the subject but she's good it, except she hates sitting down and studying.
Nora thinks she'd grow to like Cassie due to her honesty, for Nora is big on honesty, but she would find her annoying because of Cassie's temper and being implusive.
For both of your charries, being a good judge of character, Nora can tell there's more to them then what they reveal.

What I can understand from Nora's view on Scorpius is this...
She knew him since she was a child because of their families obviously. But to consider it close, not so much, even as friends. And I can see Nora not really bothering to meddle and find out what's going in his life or tell him about hers, she leaves all that to close friends whom she can trust completely. Like you said, her good judge of character can see he's not the way he is all the time.
The flirting could happen, she flirts with any guy, there's no harm in it, well she thinks that way. Not so much keen on making it more right now, but we can leave it the way it is and figure it out later. Up to you.
Nora would probably not give a crap about who he's dating. It's not like she even knows who Roxanne is. There many people she still doesn't know. She won't know the details either in where's he's living and what's going on with him right now. Really if he wants to tell her all this he can.

Jethro Hunter - Am good with that. Saw he works at the Ministry he'd probably see Nora's mother there around for she works at the Ministry to.
Becky Dashwood - Nora does value honesty, but she'll see Becky around Slytherin Common room so she would still know her and face and appearance, but don't interact with each other.

That sounds good! He's Potions partners with Odette, I believe, so she has to deal with his awful attention span in the extremely complex class of Potions, but if they had a project or anything for the class, they could be partners, if you'd like? Or maybe desk partners for a different class? I think the dynamic could be quite interesting, because he is legitimately the biggest procrastinator on the face of the earth. If he was partners with Cassie, she'd throw a lamp at him.
Speaking of the temperamental Gryffindor, I agree with what you have! That's probably the fairest reaction to Cassie that I think would be possible. Her blunt honesty is unfortunately intertwined with her impulsiveness - other than schoolwork and possibly Quidditch, I'm not entirely sure she's capable of forethought, sigh. Cassie, for her part, would probably quite appreciate Nora at times - due to honesty and other traits - and at other times would have to suppress a strong urge to pitch her off a roof. She wouldn't do that, though. She saves that for people that really get under her skin, often and occasionally intentionally.
I assume Nora would have known Bella. She was a Slytherin pureblood in the year above Nora, and Head Girl of her time. She's somewhat cool and distant and stopped going to these pureblood affairs around the age of ten, I think. She currently lives with the Flints (except neither of the characters exist anymore, sigh), of which twins are her best friends. She basically shuns the whole pureblood ideals, and rather enjoys muggle things, even though she doesn't actually know much about them. She's reasonably cool, fair bit of a bitch and honest to a fault, though she would lie if she felt it was necessary. Most of the time, she prefers the whole honesty is the best policy, especially when someone needs to be cut down. She's a sweetheart, really, but it takes a fair bit of digging to get beneath her rather cold exterior. So yeah, I assume Nora would know her, from Hogwarts if not beforehand. Oh, she's half Italian, so she didn't move to England until she was seven.
The only other one that may know her is Kieran Bass, ex-Ravenclaw, two years above Nora, but that's highly doubtful. Probably just flirted with her a wee bit.
Marko is a fifth year Gryffindor prefect, but I doubt he's had any reason to tell off Nora - I doubt that he'd find a reason to, tbh - and I think that exhausts all characters of mine that would know Nora.

We can think of a different class, they can be partners in. I thought about Potions because they do partner up in class.
Bella is another one of your charries? If so. Then yes she would probably known Bella rather well during Hogwarts. But she's not sure to how react to her shunning the whole pureblood ideals, though Nora shuns only two of them - disowning blood traitors and marriages.
She would not know Kieran that much and if he flirted with her when he was at Hogwarts then that's all she'd remember from him.
I highly doubt she would know Marko, being 5th year. But there is always a way for them to meet.

Hey! My 6th year Ravenclaw, Lia is an impatient, downright flirt and doesn't care about much. She is in love with her hair (but won't admit it) and wears frog slippers around...but not in class. She has a famous mother who is the advice columnist for Witch Weekly, making Lia a shadow in her existance. Although she doesn't mind the popularity, she hates the shadow. Lia hates muggles or anything to do with them, thinking them too patient. So Eleanor would have that to bond over with her.
