Sylvie craned her head to look around the rather plump man in front of her, counting the amount of people in the queue that was snaking from the counter at the front of the shop, practically to the back. In her arms was a pile of books on animal care, something she was looking into for a young patient as a means to provide something (someone?) for the boy to connect with on an emotional level. The queue didn't seem to be getting much shorter, and she tapped her foot absent-mindedly as she ruminated upon the fact that this was supposed to be her day off. She could feel someone's eyes on the back of her neck, and turned round to see a man looking at her. He was vaguely familiar, and it was only after she'd (unusually coolly for Sylvie) asked, "Can I help you?", that she realised that it was her sister's husband's brother. Did that make him her brother-in-law? --------------------------- outfit!
