Are we going costume shopping soon?! I think I've decided what I'm going as, but I need to get some stuff for it... My Mum and Dad have said they'll buy it for me! (They think everyone going to the party's our age - I decided not to put them right.)

Also, please help me because I don't know what to do because Kai's asked me to go with him and I don't know how he means it and he's being Kai and won't tell me. I'm assuming friends? Because anything else would be weird.

And it won't make any difference because I still plan on hanging out with you.

Yes, we are! I was just waiting on my sister to say yay or nay.

She said yay, by the way. She's going to help us. Once Piper starts shopping its best to get out of her way, if I'm being honest. I love her, but she has shopping issues. And whatever you buy, she's going to want to add glitter to it.

What are yooooouuuuu going as? I think I have a costume sorted too. Can't wait. Mum doesn't know much about the party. I didn't really specify.

Just ask the tosser what he means. Knowing Kai though, its friends. It better be friends too. If you two start doing whatever for one itll be weird, for two you'll completely ignore me.

I don't think my costume's that glittery to be honest. I think I'm going as Little Red Riding Hood. So I need a nice dress, maybe black or white, and the red hood and maybe some shoes, and that's about it. Kind of simple, I know. What are you going as?

You're lucky. My parents ask. They'd murder me if they knew most people there are going to be at least seventeen.

I did ask him. Sort of. I asked if that meant he was my date, kind of joking, and he said yes, if that's how I saw it. I mean, what's that supposed to mean? But yeah, you're right, I'm assuming friends, because it's Kai, and that would be so weird. I'd never ignore you though. You're too loud to ignore.

I'm thinking of Minnie Mouse. Wait, what kind of fancy dress do wizards wear? I mean, I asked mum, but she told me to go as whatever my heart desired. This is my first real wizarding party. . . Yes, I still like him. He's - I don't know, dreamy. I mean, he's got really nice hair, and he's really funny. Plus, he doesn't make fun of me for not knowing magic stuff like some people have. He helped me do transfig one time - after i'd hit him with my book - on accident. I don't know if he knows. I hope not. I shall, I shall.

You should definitely come as Minnie Mouse! You'd look really cute! And I don't know - maybe the purebloods won't, but not everyone there's going to be a pureblood, are they? It's my first wizarding party too. Actually, it's kind of my first real party ever.

Wish I had a big sister to cover for me. I think I've got them convinced though. Kai's staying at Kaycee's right now, and he says Mrs O'Malley doesn't mind coming and getting me, as our house isn't on the floo network or anything. So it looks like I'm being escorted by an adult and stuff...

I think I am his date. Actually I know I am. You're not angry or anything are you? Because I need you! He says he wants to be more than friends and I don't know what I want... I don't know what to do! But you're still my best friend, so why would I ignore you? You're Kai's friend too. We're not going to ignore you.
