I am having a session of catching up on correspondence - I have a terrible tendency to write letters and leave them lying on my desk rather than post them, so I'm doing all these at once so I don't forget.
How are you? How are Thalia and Lina? Well, I hope. You must bring them over some time - your aunt and I would love to see you all.
I do apologise that this letter is so short - I seem to have written rather a lot of them today. But we shall hope to catch up with you in person some time soon - and your brother too.
Give my love to little Lina.
All the best,
Uncle Kaius

Uncle Kaius,
I'm fine, thank you, as for Thalia and Lina. We would all love to see you both as well. (Though Lina's in one of her bargaining moods and says that - and I quote - "I'll only grace them with my presence if they have my favorite biscuits." I think she's going to be a lawyer once day. I also think Thalia's corrupting her.)
No need for an apology, Uncle. I understand. Is there any day that you had in mind for us to visit you? I'll be sure to bring Niall along, too.
I will.
- Nevin

Dear Nevin,
That's wonderful. And tell Lina that I'm quite sure her Great Aunte Layella can manage to produce her favourite biscuits, and quite possibly some cake as well! Dear me, another lawyer in the family? You should send her to Jethro for lessons.
Any time at all, my boy. We are rarely out. Niall plans on coming himself, I think, although I'm not sure which day - perhaps you should ask him, and come together. It would be lovely to see you both together.
Regards,
Kaius
