EIRA PRUDENCE THORIRSSON [/color] ![/size][/color]  --------------------------------------i dreamed i lived in another's skin[/font][/center] [/b] Benni is pleased to present to you all, for your roleplaying pleasure, Eira Thorirsson(click!). She's 21 and an employee and Gringotts, but what she really wants to do is write music.
Eira is shy, very shy. She never approaches other people on her own, and often the only sign she would want to meet someone would be a small smile and a couple brief glances. She owns a stuck up cat named Albert who shares her flat and loves her and only her. She's an ex-badger and was pretty good in school. She loves reading and books, especially poetry, but she'll read anything she can find. She also loves the ocean and speaks a bit of French, which she thinks is the most beautiful language in the whole wide world. In school she attended quite a few parties with friends. She is very honest, and sometimes a bit blunt without realizing it.the friends[/b] So, like I said, she was a puffer, and probably most of her friends from school were badgers, because its was difficult enough for her to make friends with people she lived with most of the year in her awkward adolescence. With these friends she became more fun loving and learned how to enjoy life. Since Hogwarts she has kept up with or tried to keep up with most of her friends. New friends are welcome if they would be willing to make the first move. She's really friendly on the inside I promise. She sucks at giving advice, but is always willing to listen. She listens really well:) the lovers[/b] So Eira is a hopeless romantic and she's always on the look out for her soulmate. Mind you, she's got some standards and some dreams, but I wouldn't mind her having to get over some of these. She's never been in a proper relationship because she's afraid she'll do something wrong. Her first kiss was fifth year when she got drunk and kissed a friend of hers she fancied. However, she has had sex a few times (the first time in her seventh year), and so could use a few past flings. She's really self-consious about her body when she's with someone romantically. If she develops feelings for someone she's likely to just say so because she hates being coy. the enemies[/b] If Eira feels someone is making her unhappy her first reaction is to stop hanging out with and avoid them completely. Arguments makes her feel sick, so she'll avoid them as much as possible. It's quite possible she got drunk at a party and kissed someone's boyfriend, to be quite honest, because her drunk self would simply think along the lines that since she fancied him she should be honest about her feelings and act upon them. I sadly only have on character may know Eira, and she's a bit of a doozy. She's not friendly, in the slightest, and was rather anti social in Hogwarts due to the fact that she often felt like others judged her because of her muggleborn background, buttttt - Miranda (my charrie) and Eira are both artistic and I could see a budding friendship there. Here app is here. I think if Eira could put up with a bit of snark, I think they'd probably have a good relationship. Miranda was never house bias because frankly she didn't care - although she was indeed a Slytherin. |

That sounds awesome, Nanii! So Leon asked her out his sixth year? How long were they "complicated"? I assuming they're still good friends, because I'm sure Eira would just love Leon and is, I am sure, really impressed that he and his band are doing so well!
Eira/Miranda
Hello Riss. I could definitely see Eira and Miranda as friends. If she knew her from Hogwarts, Eira was probably a bit daunted by her, but I think they'd bond over being artsy and Eira would respect Miranda's independence a great deal. Oh and Eira can put up with the snark:)

Hey love, I should have gotten in here sooner, but i've been a bit . . . busy.
Eira/Miranda: They could have become friends during one Hogwarts, perhaps they studied together or something and from their Miranda decided she was alright. haha. And Miranda's goal would probably be to get Eira knackered off her bottom on whiskey or something. =]

Sure! Eira was probably a bit intimidated by Miranda at first, but she would have been okay with anyone willing to study with her. And over time I could see them developing a good friendship. Haha, Eira is such a light weight it wouldn't take much x)

Oooh, well if Eira's friends with Miranda, she must know my character Zanna, too! Zanna and Miranda are best friends, and while Zanna can often seem like the more friendly of the two, she's quite capable of being a total bitch with a friendly smile on her face. She's a cynic who gets her amusement from shocking and/or embarrassing people - she's so lovely! Deep down though, she's not a terrible person. If she met Eira as a friend of Miranda's, she'd try and draw her out of her shell, but would probably end up feeling quite protective over her - although Zanna's version of protectiveness is quite 'tough love,' as her younger siblings will know! She also tends to be a bit contrary, so if Miranda was all 'leave Eira alone, we have to protect her innocence,' then Zanna would be like 'fuck that, let's corrupt her', and if it was the other way round and Miranda was trying to get Eira drunk, Zanna would be he one saying to leave her alone, haha.
Trying to think who else she might know... Emily (this charrie here) is a few years older than her, but would probably like her if they'd ever met. And Jake Gullane is 19, so a couple of years younger than her, and an ex-Ravenclaw and ex-Azkaban inmate, and he'd probably flirt with her if he ever met her, lolol.

Zanna sounds awesome! I think Eira would quite like her, and she could use some tough love the poor thing xD lol I can see some pretty amusing situations coming up here:p
Eira would probably think Emily was really cool. And she's good friends with Rupert, so she might know Jake through him. Eira always gets flustered when people flirt with her and she's not very good at it herself >.<

I have it down that they broke up because her parents disapproved of his makeup and clothes, but that's up to you, lovely ^^ And I'm sure that Leon still loves Eira's company despite them not being together anymore, and although he still thinks she's beautiful and compliments her and everything, he doesn't have a crush on her anymore xP And he'll be fully inviting her along to his concerts and jam sessions and everything ^^ |
