She is very decisive, and tends to act quickly on things, trusting her instincts without always having thought it through very well. If someone attacks those she loves, then she will attack back without thinking.

She can, however, be somewhat dreamy and thoughtful. She loves music and poetry, particularly when combined, and she also collects old muggle photographs, simply because she likes to look at them. When the sun's out, she'll often be found lying in it for hours, either reading or scribbling song lyrics or just doing nothing.

She hates it when people don't have self respect - the way she sees it is that if you don't respect and like yourself, nobody will respect and like you. She doesn't like it when girls use their sexual attraction to boost their self-esteem - she has nothing against looking good, but in her eyes, there's a big difference between looking good and looking like a slag. Not that she's some sort of innocent or prude, but she just thinks that kissing and sex should happen because you really want it to happen with that particular person, not because you want to feel attractive or whatever. Addison puts a lot of value on having class; she doesn't mean it in a social class sense, or in a sense of only having the best (they're hippies; they've rarely had the best), but in terms of making the most of what you do have in a dignified way that leaves your self-respect intact. She has nothing against drinking, but she doesn't like the idea of drinking to get drunk - she only drinks alcohol she likes the taste of, like real fresh cider, and white wine, and she enjoys it to the point that you feel happy and mellow, but no further.
