Rhiannon has long hair and prefers to keep it that way. She doesn't wear too much make-up, and her mom tells her that she doesn't need it. When it comes to fashion, Rhi likes to follow the latest trends, though she doesn't always get the clothes. For the most part, she wears what she finds comfortable or cute.

Studious
This is the first thing people will notice about Rhiannon. She puts her studies and schoolwork first, before anything else. (Unless, of course, there's some sort of emergency.) Rhi doesn't spend all of her time with her nose buried in a book, though. She knows that it's important have a social life, too, so she makes certain that all of her homework is done (and that she understands it perfectly) before she goes out and does anything. In lessons, though, she likes to concentrate fully on the subject at hand. She'll often shush other students if they're being too noisy and diverting her attention.
Zealous
When Rhiannon puts her mind to something, she must go through will it. It almost becomes an obsession with her. She'll work tirelessly at trying to accomplish a goal she's set for herself. Not only will she do anything to complete a project, Rhi also has to do it to the best of her ability - which is often above what other expect. She has high expectations for herself.
Insecure
While Rhi is confident when it comes to certain things such as her studies, she's isn't very confident otherwise. She lacks confidence when it comes to boys or relationships. She doesn't think she's ugly, but she also thinks that a lot of the other girls are prettier than she is. She wonders what guys would find interesting in her. She's never been kissed and, if she does fancy a guy, she'd be far too shy to tell him how she felt.
Clumsy
Rhi isn't the type of clumsy one normally thinks of. Sure, she'll trip up stairs or stub her toe and whatnot, just like any other person, but what she's really clumsy at is sports. Rhi can hardly run in a straight line. She doesn't know why she's so bad at sports, but she doesn't bother to try them anymore. She prefers to sit on the sidelines and cheer on her friends or family.
Witty
Rhi likes a good joke. She knows when to be serious, though, and when to take things other people say seriously. But, on the flip side, she also knows how to have a good laugh. She likes to have fun with her friends, and she likes them to enjoy their time as well. If Rhi senses that one of her friends is feeling down, she'll do her best to lift their spirits. 'Laughter is the best medicine' is her motto. She usually always has a sarcastic or witty comeback - it's just a matter of when to use them.

DEMENTOR:[/b] Her family went to a festival/fair/whatever they're called one summer, and there were pony rides. Rhi was already scared of them, despite the fact that they were all only Shetland Ponies and, thus, no taller than four feet (122cm.) Her parents forced her to get on one and the ride was almost over when the pony decided to lay down with Rhi still on it.

HISTORY:[/b]
Rhiannon Thomas is the third eldest child and second eldest daughter of Courtney Ashby-Thomas and Dean Thomas. Her parents met during the second Wizarding war when Courtney was in fourth year and Dean was in seventh year. Though he believed himself to be a Half-Blood, Dean was chased by Snatchers during the war for having no proof of lineage of his father. Dean's mother was a Muggle and had never told him anything about his father other than he was a Pureblood who'd married her and had then been pursued by Death Eaters to join their ranks before his disappeared entirely with no contact made with Dean's mother thereafter.
At the same time, Courtney was a Muggleborn, and thus it wasn't safe for her to return to Hogwarts either, even though she didn't tell her mother and father this. They sent her off to platform 9 3/4 like all the years before, but this time she ran from King's Cross after finding that Snatchers had been set around the station in hunt for Muggleborns. She and Dean met while both were running from Snatchers. At first, Dean was hesistant about being involved with someone so much younger than him, but soon took a liking to the Hufflepuff girl. They continued to stay in contact after the second war, and soon began to date. In 2003, after dating for nearly six years, Courtney and Dean married. The next year, their first child, Roland Thomas, was born. The following year, Shay Thomas was born.
It was two years before the third child, and second daughter, of Dean and Courtney joined the Thomas family. July 11th was a stormy day, but Courtney's labor and delivery was fairly easy. Rhiannon came into the world quickly with little trouble. She was a quiet baby, who developed at an average speed. The first few years were quite dull, nothing exciting ever happening. When she was three, Rhi's youngest sibling was born. She was interested at first, never having been around babies before, but her mother always warned her to be careful and she soon grew uncomfortable around her baby brother. To this day, she doesn't like babies for that reason. Since she was older now, and able to move on her own, Rhi often followed Shay and Roland around. She was never as close with them as they were each other, but all four siblings are quite close these days.
When Rhi was nine, her family received some news. Dean's stepfather had been diagnosed with cancer. Rhi didn't understand exactly what was going on; she got the sense that the situation wasn't a good one, but she didn't know exactly what cancer was. She pretended to understand, though, for her father's sake. Dean's mother and stepfather were asking for money to help pay to 'make the cancer go away' (as Courtney had worded it to her daughter.) However, the Thomas' didn't have the money to give. They instead turned to Courtney's parents, who were investment bankers. The only problem was that she hadn't spoken to her parents in years. After the second Wizarding war, they'd begged Courtney to give up the Magical world that they referred to as "magical foolishness" since it'd almost gotten her killed during the war. She'd simply defied their wishes and instead married Dean. However, years later, Mr. & Mrs. Ashby gladly supplied the money for Dean's stepfather's treatment in exchange for finally getting to know their grandchildren.
Rhi didn't like the situation from the beginning. She didn't like being a pawn in this game, but she knew that it was important for Dean's stepfather to get better. When the kids spent time with their grandparents, Rhi had a pout or a scowl on her face most of the time. She followed Roland's example. However, as the years went by, Roland and Shay grew accustomed to the long visits and enjoyed going. Rhi, on the other hand, still held a grudge against her grandparents for whatever reason. The one thing that caused her to warm up a little to them was the summer they took her to a Broadway show. Rhi fell in love it instantly, and now has aspiration to become an actress.
As for Hogwarts, Rhi was sorted into Ravenclaw very quickly. She was a little disappointed, because she had wanted to be in either Gryffindor or Hufflepuff like her two older siblings, but she fit in well with the Ravens. She became instant friends with Lily Potter during her first year and they are, to this day, best friends. Rhi spends most of her time on her schoolwork. She works on everything to the best of ability - though sometimes she pushes it a little too much. Rhi has never had a boyfriend, and she's never been kissed. She doesn't really mind, though. She is, however, currently crushing on Hugo Weasley, whom she knows not only through Lily, but her other best friend Amelia Macmillan.
