Mum,
Dad would be way more amused with this entire conversation, just to let you know. He'd probably even pat me on the head. He likes when I make trouble.
I wasn't being cheeky, that's Aggy. I was just being honest. And That would be Snape, right? The one Al is named after? His portrait always yells at James if he's making his castle rounds. Rather hilarious, if I do say so myself. It's always "Potter".
I said it was duly noted...
Worried about me? Why? I'm in one piece.
If I told you anything? Anything at all? You wouldn't be disappointed in me, or yell? I'm not saying I've done anything either.
Love, Rox
PS: that's what I'm saying, an absolute emergency, mum. If it came to that. And why he's not living at home? His parents are awful and his grandparents are even worse. I've met Mr. Malfoy - the older one - I'd move out of his house too. He's a horrible person and such am awful disposition. I'm sorry I ever met him, even if it was by an awful accident. Uncle Harry or Aunt Hermione should have him arrested for being just plan rude. And this is my Weasley sense is talking. He's a horrible person, I've read the books!

Rox,
I know he would. Why do you think I'm writing like this? One of us has to be a responsible parent...
Glad to hear it, love. Yes, Severus Snape. And I all I can say is, even if he was secretly working for Dumbledore, and did die a hero's death as your Uncle Harry says he did, that didn't make him any more pleasant to have as a teacher. You count yourself lucky; teachers wouldn't get away with some of the things he did these days. But he always hated Harry - I'm not surprised he picks on James. Not that it'll do James any harm.
Don't be deliberately thick, Roxie. Am I not allowed to worry about you now?
Roxie, I can't believe you even have to ask. You know I'll always love you, and so will your father. No matter what you've done. I may be a little bit upset if it's really bad, but it won't make any difference in the long run. You trust me that much, don't you? This is what parents are for...
Lots of love, Mum
PS - Okay, here's a deal. I wouldn't particularly want to live under the same roof as Lucius and Draco Malfoy either, so I promise you, he won't have to sleep on the streets. If it comes to that, he can sleep in the spare room (note: THE SPARE ROOM) until he can fix something else up. I will sort it with your father, although I can't promise to stop him fixing sensors of some sort round the spare room door at night...
PPS - How in Merlin's name did you manage to meet Lucius Malfoy!?

Mum,
He is responsible - at times; as long as he isn't with Lee, or in the joke shop which is almost never.
But it's odd when the portrait picks on James - his voice is very creepy. He's all: Potter, just like your father! Some times I think he's going to have a heart attack . . . the portrait memory, not James. Jaime just laughs. He picked on you, didn't he? Snape, not Jaime - Jaime does pick on everyone.
I didn't say you couldn't worry about me; it's just, I'm not an invalid, I can take care of myself some times, y'know?
I do trust you, mum, I just - it's hard to say it because I'm mad at myself. What happened shouldn't have happened, but I wasn't thinking. All of my cleverness went right out the door - and, and, and . . . something almost happened that shouldn't have. And even though it'll kill me to say this to your face, I'd rather tell you in person, not through post . . .
Love,
Rox
PS: I wouldn't ask for him to sleep in my room; I honestly thought you'd make him bunk with Fred, but who knows, if it came down to it he may share a room with dad. Sensors, mum? Let's be honest - try traps of all sorts.
PPS: I literally ran into him. I was coming out of the cafe after spending the day helping Ricky out. I was headed back to our shop and I slipped on some ice . . . and collided with Mr. Malfoy. He's not a nice person.
