Freya thinks her first name is a little wishy-washy and refers to herself by her middle name, though she hasn't really got it to catch on anywhere.
She is a budding fashion designer/graphic designer, and has sketches of new pieces of clothing and accessories littered throughout her things. Her own style tends towards the loose, flowy and feminine and reflects a lot of the things she wears.
She has a tendency to be a bit quiet and aloof around other people, and while she is very careful to take note of other people's requests and needs, it is only as long as they are plainly told to her. She has an unfortunate habit of ignoring people's emotional needs a bit. It's not so much that she doesn't care - it's just that she is naturally very introverted and she is so uncomfortable dealing with other people's feelings.
Her main interest is her designing and her personal projects.
Freya's developed a real skill with sketching and drawing, along with a talent for sewing, etc. since she does like to execute some of her best ideas - in fact, most of her clothing since around fifth year is handmade and one-of-a-kind.

HISTORY:[/b]
Freya's lucky enough to have grown up in a relatively well off - in fact, very well off - family, and she is very protected within it. While there is no doubt how much they love their kids, both her parents were usually busy and not at home during her childhood, so Freya and Duncan grew up with not much company but one another - if they hadn't liked each other, that could have been a problem, but Duncan has always adored his little sister, and though she is not as open about it as him, he is Freya's closest friend and her confidant. He's also the only one who listens to her, and calls her by her middle name. While Freya thinks that she keeps a lot of her feelings to herself, Duncan understands a lot more than she thinks, and often forgives her for mistakes, even when she doesn't outright apologize for them.
Because of Freya's natural reserve, she often gave off the impression that she was very aloof or snooty when she was younger, and she got picked on a lot as a kid. When Duncan was there, he'd be sure to get her paired off with someone, but Freya found that far from feeling lonely, as Duncan worried, she liked the solitude. Usually she wandered around the gardens near their house, or sat around and read.
When she was thirteen, her mother was invited to a very fashionable Gala, and took Freya along as a treat. Freya spent a half-hour hanging around the designer behind some of the clothes she'd seen in Gladrags in Hogsmeade, and came home with the idea of becoming a designer taking root in her mind.
Immediately afterwards, she checked out as many books as she could carry on both Muggle and Wizarding designing, and pretty much taught herself to sketch and sew and design clothing. A lot of Freya's designs are based on the things she sees in the gardens outside her house, so tend to be very natural and organic looking.
While most of her family is very encouraging and supportive, Freya's mother doesn't really understand why Freya is so interested in fashion, and has unintentionally hurt Freya's feelings a few times by accidentally snubbing her designs.
As far as school goes, Freya is an above-average student, though she hasn't particularly distinguished herself in any subject but Transfiguration.
