Just to let you know, love, I just edited your character masterlist. I corrected your spelling of Emily's name, lol, and added Angus, whom you'd forgotten... I also added Harry Potter and Fred Weasley as unplayed characters (in italics), if that's okay. Because we know what they are/do - Harry is an Auror and Fred is a 7th Year Gryffindor.

Dammit, I did it again with Emily's name? I suck! And I could have sworn Angus was on the list thingy here since I copied & pasted but obviously not, lol. And yeah, totally fine with me, lovely! xD

Ooh, and the other thing is that Jake's not on it, and I don't really know where to put him. He's unemployed, so I could just stick him in as a wizard or something, rather than make a whole new category... My day at work is going so constructively...

I think that Jake would work just as well as in wizard, TBH! Lol, just put on his page he's unemployed and we'll get the idea! I think the rest of the people in Witches/Wizards are unemployed anyways, haha. xD Seems like it! xP

Okay, will do. Lol, I've been sitting here for the last five minutes staring at a page because I can't decide on my username. What is my life.

Well, the problem came when I tried to use Becca and it wouldn't let me, lol. And I figured that quite a few people here don't know me by my fanfic name/s, so I went for Beccs in the end, haha. Now I need to look up Emily's profile to find out her birthday and what I called her parents...

OH! JSYK guys, choose a blank page when making your wikia article or if you do choose the standard one, delete the photo square thingy please!

OMG I'm so upset. I just spent literally about an hour when I should technically have been working, writing about half of my page for Emily, and then when I clicked publish, it all disappeared, including the info box, even though I'd already published and saved that before!

Are you serious? God, that sucks! I don't even know why that would happen, TBH! I think you may be able to restore some info but... yeah, I'm not sure, sorry! =/

First of all, when I clicked the publish button, it said it was in preview mode, and that no changes had been published. Then it asked me if I wanted to compare my changes to the previous version of the page, because it had been updated since I created it (I know it had - I updated it with the info box - unless someone else tried to edit it in the meantime, which could explain things?), but there was still a 'publish' option, so I clicked on it, and it took me straight through to the basic page, minus info box and all the stuff I typed. I tried clicking back, and it told me the page had expired. It was probably me doing it wrong, but I don't feel like typing all that out again...

So, I finally managed to work some magic and got some help from my mum (who's a coding genius, btw) and created a template for the wikia. It's pretty basic, and I can play around with the colors later, but here's how it works. 1) Search for "Template: Brooke Individual Infobox". Make sure you're very specific with the spaces, otherwise it won't show up. 2) Then copy the code in the Clean Template and go over to your page editorial. You should see two tabs on top, Source and Visual. Choose source. 3) Now, if you've already used an info box and wanna replace it, you're going to have to delete all the coding between the {{Infobox }} tags, before posting in the new code. If not, then just paste in the code. 4) Now, you fill in all the categories as you please: 5) But, say, I don't wanna add a few details and leave those spaces blank. If you notice, most of the categories have subcategories, and those subcategories are what you're filling in. So, suppose I don't want to fill in details about my charrie's magical abilities and leave it blank. But the banner for the subdivision remains and looks very tacky. So here's what I do. Each subdivision is marked with a 'hide'. If there is a particular section you don't wanna fill out, go to the hide right about it and fill in 'true', like this: 7) Now how about adding a fancy picture? Make sure you put this in [[ ]] tags! Eg: image= [[File:Luke.jpg]] 8) Looks good, but what if my charrie has some info which stretches the box? Picture looks tacky. So you just do this: And, tada: 9) Finally, some pretty printing tags, if you want. To make it look fancy. Eg, a dead family member? And the final result should look like this: NOTE: WHILE FOLLOWING BREE'S TUTORIAL AND EDITING THE REST OF THE PAGE, MAKE SURE THIS INFOBOX CODING IS ABOVE THE REST OF THE STUFF, OTHERWISE THE PLACING GOES HAYWIRE. ALSO, DON'T FORGET TO SWITCH BACK TO VISUAL MODE (USING THE SAME TABS ON TOP, SEE STEP 2) BEFORE CONTINUING.

Brooke, I've managed to do all of it except the image bit - is there any chance you can go through that super-stupidly to make it idiot-proof?
