Olivia trotted along the walk way, a small on her face as she strolled next to Rupert. It'd been an interesting couple of months for the blonde who'd gone from walking disaster to somewhat sensible girl. She wasn't seeing as much as Niall as she had been - which wasn't completely a bad thing in her eyes since she was certain she'd started to fall for him. Actually, come to think of it - she had indeed fallen for a lot of his act - which she wasn't even sure was an act, but him being - well, himself. But Olivia knew, though she was lacking a great romantic love life, that guys like Niall were fun to play with, but would definitely burn you - even if unknowingly - given the chance. So here she was, catching up with an old friend.
They'd ran roughly in the same circles in Hogwarts, she was the year ahead of him, but had been assigned as his tutor, and they'd become fast friends from there. Rupert was a good guy, a sweet guy, and he was genuine - a quality that was hard to find in a lot of people. But as she walked alongside him, listening to him talk about his work with his dragons and his summer holidays with his sister, she spotted a sign for ice cream. Sure she'd promised him coffee, but the kid in her - the kid she'd been stifling for far too long, demanded attention.
"I know I promised you I'd spring for coffee, " she started, her blue eyes bright as the sun beat down on them, "but the kid in me wants some ice cream, so come on," Olivia spoke, a grin inched across her face as she grabbed one of his hands and lead him toward the door and into the shop. "I think I'll have strawberry and chocolate, how about you?" she asked, walking up to the counter, and dragging him along. She dropped his hand and turned to smile at him.
