Romolo Santiago is the youngest brother of Ramon (Andi's dad), Ramona (Ramon's twin), and Rosandra (Leo and Ari's mum). He's a Muggle-born wizard, and his wife's ancestry can be up to you =] She can be Cuban, and therefore Carmen and her younger brother Eberardo half-Spanish half-Cuban. I'm guessing Eberardo would either be in Hogwarts, or just graduated. =]
