Seeing as I am new here, I thought that I should get plotting with everyone :Dcasparthomaslaw This here is Caspar, your average Hufflepuff guy. Positive, loyal, and ever so slightly awkward. He loves animals and care of magical creatures, quidditch and is definitely a friends and family kind of guy. Fun, right? (here's a link to his app if you want to find out a little more). And I really want to get him plotting :) I'm up for anything to be honest. Friends. Enemies. Frenemies. Who knows? Basically, if you want to thread with me I'll say yes. Yaay (: I'm always a little lost when it comes to plot ideas haha.

Hey dear! I have maybe one or two that could work.
First is the obvious: Aidan O'Banion. He's the same house and year as Caspar and actually he's a chaser on the quidditch team as well. So, considering they live together and all that jazz, I think they'll see quite a bit of one another. xD So a little bit about Aidan. He is an Irish bloke who comes for a very large family with at least over fifty cousins. He's the second of four kids, all at Hogwarts at the moment as his sister Norah took up the Muggle Studies position. He could talk to a brick wall. There's really no shutting him up half the time and no one ever takes him seriously because well...Nothing out of his mouth his serious. xD He jokes around all the time and his pretty much like a puppy. He and Louis and Chris are all best mates, so I think Caspar would fit in well with all that. I dunno if Louis or Chris told him, but now Aidan is not the only straight one in the dorm! XD But yeah, I think they could get along very well. Aidan's just all over the place. xD What do you think? I would kind of like to thread them soon. ^^ Possibly the common room?
Next, is Bryce Towler, who I don't know if he knows. He's older brother Fritz is in Caspar's year and he's a bit in the dark about Fritz's drug problem and all that. He's my fifth year Gryffindor and he has a very dry sense of humor. He's also the beater for Gryffindor. I dunno how well they would know each other?

Well, here's my 6th Year Puff boy, one Louis Weasley! Louis is quite similar in temperament to Aidan, probably why they get on so well (when they're not bickering). He's loud, inappropriate, and likes to invade people's personal spaces, and can be a bit of a smart arse at times - I blame that on the influence of his Slytherin friends.  He's also a prefect, but even he doesn't know how that happened - he thinks the professors might have been drunk when they picked him; he frequently takes blatant advantage of his position. He's a true Weasley prankster and thinks nothing of breaking rules, though he has calmed down a bit in the last year. He's also very kind-hearted, loyal, hates hurting people, and can't hold grudges to save his life, and is actually quite a perceptive, sympathetic guy when he has to be. He's bisexual, recently out, and quickly getting over his self-consciousness about it. I would assume that Caspar knows; Louis will probably make all kinds of inappropriate propositions to him, though only as a joke - if Caspar responded, he'd run a mile, haha! He loves Muggle stuff as much as his grandfather does (though he knows quite a lot more about it). Oh, and he's also a Beater on the Quidditch team. It would be great if they were good friends, so long as Caspar can deal with the chaos Louis loves to cause... Of my other characters... Emily Marsdon teaches him in Care of Magical Creatures... She's a bit of an unorthodox professor in that she's not very good at being professional. She was a bit of a wildchild herself in her school days, and she tends to accidentally swear in front of the class and find pranks hilariously funny. She's not a pushover though - she'll overlook cheekiness and the like, but she'll rip people to shreds if their homework's not done or they skip their lessons. I also have two 5th Year who might potentially know him... Lily Potter is a quiet, dreamy bookworm of a Ravenclaw, who's more into stories than facts, can't keep a secret to save her life, and is completely hopelessly uncool and unconfident. She doesn't much like crazy parties or staying up late, she's never been drunk or had a boyfriend and is completely stubborn if anyone tries to be a bad influence on her... Addison Yates is a Gryffindor, and a bit of a flower child. She likes vintage Muggle stuff, black and white photography, music festivals and summer. She's mostly bubbly and outgoing and likes to laugh, but hurt someone she cares about and you'll see her temper; she's not above physical violence when she's angry. She also has a bit of a philosophical side to her though, and likes poetry; she writes her own song lyrics, though she rarely lets anyone see them. She dances to her own tune; she doesn't break rules for the sake of rebelling, but if a rule is in her way, she just won't even acknowledge its existence, mostly because she does have a tendency to think that she knows best, so if she doesn't see the point of a rule, she doesn't care about it. |

aha yes they'd absolutely know each other! I reckon they'd get along well just because Aidan definitely seems like the kind of guy Caspar would find amusing and fun to hang out with. I had a look at Chris, Louis and Aidan's apps and I reckon Caspar would be mates with all three. Common room works well for me :) who should start it?
I reckon we could figure something out for Bryce and Caspar, just because I'd love to thread them haha :) they'd probably meet through Quidditch, so maybe a thread on the pitch or in the changing rooms? Not sure :) becca!
WELL let's start with Louis :) I definitely think they'd be good friends, considering they're in the same year and house. Haha Emily sounds awesome! I'm not sure how punishments work on this page, but maybe they could have a thread when he's in detention at some point? I can totally see Caspar doing something in Care of Magical Creatures (like petting the animals or not listening to her instructions or something) and then she gives him a detention for that. Idk haha (:

hey kally! this will be super quick because i have to go to work soon...
zoe: she is the older sister is addison. she happens to be in hufflepuff and in 6th year. Zoe is an odd duck. she doesn't have many friends because of her personality - she's not mean; she's actually very sweet. but she's almost autistic - I don't know if you've ever spent time with an autistic kid. she's NOT autistic but she had some qualities. she's into painting and she's very quiet. but she does need friends - even if their pity friendships (which she won't know so.)
then there's... Maggie, whose account I'm currently on. she's flirty and fun and she changes her personality whenever she feels like it. oh, she's also sarcastic and blunt. she doesn't are if she hurts your feelings.. she's kind of slutty, so if Casper is sexually active or wants to snog or whatever, Maggie is your girl. ;]
i have a boatload of other characters but I really need to get going - sorry!

aww, well I reckon Caspar would be friends with her. It would probably start off as a pity friendship but then it would become geniune(: since they're in the same year they would already know each other, but not too well. how do you reckon they could meet?
haha Maggie sounds awesome! Caspar is a guy so therefore he is sexually active :p but yeah, he's not really one for serious relationships. Not because he's a player or anything, just because he can't seem to keep a girlfriend xD I'd definitely be up for a Caspar/Maggie thread :) |

She'd be more likely to give him detention if he hadn't handed his work in on time or something... And we don't really have a system for punishments here. If people want to thread them they can, but it's just organised like any other thread... LILY: Yay! That's awesome, Lily needs more friends. Just so you know, she can be very shy before she gets to know someone, though she comes out of it and chats quite happily when she feels comfortable with people. And she finds loud people quite intimidating, but Caspar's not that loud, so she'd probably be okay with him... I'd love to have a library thread with them, though Lily will tell him to be quiet if he talks too loudly there... ADDISON: Haha, she'll laugh at him if he tries to persuade her not to do something she wants to do. And he'll have no success at all. :P Hm, trying to think how they'd meet... maybe through Zoe, Addy's sister? Addy and Zoe are super close, and Addison feels quite protective over Zoe because Zoe has certain social difficulties, so she could be hanging around outside the Hufflepuff Common Room looking for her sister and Caspar could come along...? Addison chats to anyone, so getting them talking shouldn't be an issue... |

aha okay so maybe Caspar didn't do his homework or something? not really like him, but I can imagine that he found the homework uninteresting and therefore he didn't do it... just because he thinks he's better than everyone else at Care of Magical Creatures xD

Seems legit enough, no one ever listens to him xD yeah that's sounds good, I was talking to Hanna on this thread and it seems like Zoe and Caspar would be friends, so Addy and Caspar could definitely meet through her. Yep, common room thread sounds good! Again, should I start it or do you want to? |

I think they would get along pretty well, honestly. xD I agree with pretty much all of the above. And it doesn't matter to me. I'm in class for the next five hours, so until then I'll be a bit distracted. But Becca, you can join in, that's alright with me if it's alright with Kally? ^^ I think it'll be fun to see all three in action. I might be able to get a few replies in during my break if y'all wanna go ahead and make it? I think that sounds good? Some friendly taunting on both ends I assume? XD |
