JENNY URQUHART, TWENTY-SEVEN, JOB MORE OR LESS OPEN, RESERVED
this is jennifer urquhart, younger sister to my character callan urqhuart, whom i'd absolutely adore to be played! jenny's grown up with four older brothers, callan being the one closest in age to her, and she's been the baby of the family all of her life. not that she was treated by any means delicately by her older brothers - during her childhood she was often either left out of their games when she was younger, teased for being a girl or too small, or she'd be thrown about by her older brothers. not in a particularly nasty way, just in the way that young siblings often do - it did result in a lot of injuries, though!
because of growing up with four older brothers who were tough and strong and sporty and boisterous, little jenny urquhart is one sassy lady. she's always been a wee fighter and when callan - who was in fourth year when jenny entered first in hogwarts - acted as though he was too cool to associate with his little sister she marched over and kicked him on the shin, a story his friends repeated with glee over the years. she's not exactly a spitfire - it's not as though she has rages, or anything - but she's more than perfectly capable to take care of herself, always has been and always will be, and has this fierceness and independence that's truly admirable. she generally has no time for people being lazy or stupid or weak and this comes across almost immediately upon meeting her, although she is good at encouraging people not to be lazy or weak than simply looking towards them with disdain.
that being said, she has a distinctly girly side, liking to look sharp and chic and presentable most of the time, although in her flat she generally waltzs around in tracksuit bottoms. she and callan are super-close and have a wee bit of a love-hate relationship - they're very competitive! at school, they were quite different - callan was popular and funny and partied and drank quite a bit, whereas jenny never drank and to this day only ever drinks a bit of wine on nights out. she's been accused of being uptight but she ignores that, mostly. she's very clever and determined and i imagine she works somewhere in the ministry, a different department from callan, but i'm flexible about where she works if you'd prefer elsewhere. i also imagine her as an ex-gryffindor, like callan, but that can be negotiated! as for playby, the lovely lass up there is romola garai, but if someone really doesn't want to use her i'd be willing for her face to be keira knightley? romola would be ideal, though, please and thank you!

HOLLY MARIE FITZ, THIRTY-ONE, OPEN JOB
this is the gorgeous holly marie fitz, callan's ex-girlfriend from hogwarts and basically one of his best, if not his best friend - aside from ellen, of course. callan and holly had a sort of on-off relationship in hogwarts, but there was never really any spark in their relationship - they loved spending time with each other and were sort of the 'it' couple but they realised, at the end of their hogwarts career, that ultimately they were just friends. after hogwarts, they even lived together (platonically) with another guy a few years older than them who was an amazing cook and who holly had a relationship with eventually, causing callan to move out after a while due to the fact that he felt queasy listening to them having sex in the next room. nowadays, callan and holly consider each other as sort of sibling material - if you bring up the fact they went out they get crazy embarassed and start elbowing each other. as for holly's personality, she's changed quite a lot since hogwarts; in first year, she was a very nervy young girl with a high-pitched voice; in fifth, sixth and seventh she was as popular as callan, cheerful and flightly and funny with a sweet disposition and a talent at hoarding gossip. throughout the years she's become callan's agony aunt, his advisor, his extra sister. she's chirpy as ever, still sweet and a wee bit quirky, but she's also matured loads more and has a very good head on her, and is actually quite a lot of her friends' agony aunt. throughout her life she's had a constant stream of relationships, but her current relationship status is up to you - married, single, dating, mother, single mother, whatever you fancy! the ideal pb would be kirsten dunst, pictured above, but if you really don't like her i'd be willing to negotiate - as long as the pb's blonde and suits well enough with the holly in my brain!
