Cassie said she had just turned 21 in January or something. oh i am so confused. I know Kieran is nineteen, and that Saoirse was at least a year in front of him in school (I thought it was two, but I may be wrong) and Cass says Saoirse and Brigid are the same year and Brigid is older than David despite their fabulous biffle-ment. Gosh, I'll just leave this for people who are good at arithmetic and used to the British school year, lol. I'm used to Feb-Dec school year xP

And, yeah, Saoirse is definitely 21. Checked her app and all. She was made on the 2nd Jan 2011 at aged 19, but her birthday is 29 Jan and we've had two of those since she was made, so definitely 21, ahaha!

william/gavi: well, gavi and neil are close friends, so these two probably at least KNOW each other? if anything more, that's up to you. ^^

william/fritz: umm... they both like to party and stuff, so i can see them getting along pretty well?

draco/ella: am also going to nudge you towards their thread at the manor... xP but, yeah. since i've explained ella's feelings towards her dad a lot, i'll sum it up: while she gets fed up with him, she truly loves him and all she wants to be noticed by him/spend time with him. she's a daddy's girl at heart =P

draco/kale: well, i think i mentioned in kale's history and/or threads that he grew up 'with' the malfoy kids. meaning they played and stuff. he smokes pot with scorp, which draco probably wouldn't be happy to find out, lol. and ella sees him as another older brother... but i dunno how he and draco would get on.

lidia/emi: i think we said that these two might have a developing friendship? emi is best friends with peter, so it makes sense that they'd probably know each other =]

callan/maeva: cassie and i decided that maeva and ellen are close friends (i think), so these two would know each other? but, also, she was probably in their year at hogwarts. she's 29 or 30, i forgot, lol.

david/ian: they're both 19, so they were probably in the same year! can they be friends, pretty please? ian needs more guy friends, hah.

Ella: cousins - and Seb loves Ella too, and he likes that she likes him despite his flaws. He kind of feels a protectiveness towards her, but not a protectiveness quite as strong as he does for Chloe. It's weird, but say if Scorpius and Damien didn't like Ella's boyfriend, if she had a boyfriend, or something, Seb would be all "chillll, guys, it's cool, we were worse when we were her age" but he absolutely hates that Chloe is going out with Camden and any guy that comes near Chloe immediately goes down on Seb's list of Most Hated Individuals. (: And he thinks it's really funny, corrupting Ella, but I don't think Scorpius and Dao would be much pleased with that.

Fritz: I doubt Seb takes much notice of him, tbqh, but if he sees Fritz getting frisky with devyn being all playerish he'll probably end up getting irritated by him and harbour a vague and irrational dislike towards him. Because that's how Seb rolls.

Eva: The three musketeers! I'd say they fight a lot, Dom and Eva? Just a sort of guestimation from our domevacass thread, aha. Like, Dom and Eva would be the ones generally good-naturedly (or even not good-naturedly) arguing and Cass is sort of the glue that holds them together? That's the general impression I get from them - but even though Dom and Eva can fight a lot, they're still best friends and it's sort of like "she may be a bitch, but she's my bitch. the only person allowed to hit her is me." Honestly if someone hurt Eva Dom would promptly tear their head off their shoulders nbd nbd.

Ella: I feel that, too, but Shelly's also got quite a tender heart and if she ever saw Ella in trouble or anything her heart would completely go out to her and she'd definetely help. I think she doesn't really connect to Ella at an emotional level at the moment because she feels Ella doesn't want her to, but she does have a certain amount of genuine affection for Ella!

Bronson: Shelly's not going to even act like she minds that. Shameless bitch. xP

Rhi: I think they could be close friends! Shelly really does love Lily to bits, and Lily and Rhi are tight, yeah? If Shelly knows Rhi's capable of telling her to shut up, she may be slightly more cautious towards her and she'll probably act far more clued-in than she usually does around Rhi.

Kale: Actually I don't think Draco will mind him that much? Which is pretty amazing as Draco seems to have kind of taken it upon himself to despise everyone. I don't think he'd be nice to Kale, per se, but he'd be polite and...idk, approve of him slightly? Then again if he ever found out about the pot he'd murder Kale.

TWINNNNNN i have two suggestions for youuu!

lo - is eden's house and year and also on the quidditch team, although lo plays beater. lo is shit at most girly things although lissie hewer is trying to change that so she probably couldn't connect with eden over shopping or dresses or anything, but she is equally indifferent to boys and probably just as loud. i can see these two getting along quite well, if you were up for it, since they're both outgoing and probably hold merry conversations at the tops of their voices right when everyone else in their dorm is trying to sleep... also lo's older brother has just joined the ludlow teucrians quidditch team, and if eden is thinking even slightly about going professional since she's so good, she and lo could go and watch richard play from time to time?

julian - the same year but in slytherin, i have absolutely no clue how these two would get on. julian definitely fits into eden's "posh and rich" category, but he's also very private, sullen, and withdrawn. he's basically an arrogant little shit and he doesn't really have that many friends since he prefers his books and considers most other people beneath him. he does love a good argument though so perhaps they can get into some sort of debate about arranged marriages or something? anything you want, really.

others that might be a possibility:

chloe - obviously not same house or year, but i think the puceys are an old pureblood family, yeah? so they probably move in the same circles as the notts and since most of the pureblood kids seem to know each other, they might have met a few times as kids?
molly - same house but the year above... i'm not really sure if they'd cross paths apart from in the common room, although molly also loves fashion and suffers from being unusually tall so perhaps they could share clothes and height complaints every now and again?

also now there are four hufflepuff girls in that year i really feel like we should do a dorm thread with them all in

to be honest I think Eden will get along really well with all of her dorm-mates, even though she may be a bit infuriating at times with her hatred of animals/cleaning/drab clothes/etc etc. I don't think Eden quite gets the concept of quietness but her daddy's quite quiet too so she's sort of automatically fond of quiet people and she'll prolly decide that it's her job to take care of Maria and often give her clothes on a lend or bomboard her with love and biscuits. That sort of thing!

eek, I'd love for Lo and Eden to be good mates, if you'd like! Although they're pretty different in terms of Eden loving the materialistic things in life, I think they could connect over a few things and sort of balance each other out? I'd say when they first met in first year they may not have been each other's biggest fans, because I expect Eden would've been even snobbier in first year and louder and more fanciful and oblivious but they could've realised as the year rolled on that they actually got along quite well?

As for Julian, I think Eden would've expressed interest from the start, simply because of his riches and that he reaches her standards of good-looking! She's not very swayed by arrogant or withdrawn people - in fact, she's completely within the opinion that if in the presence of a boy for more than a couple of minutes, she can get him to do anything she wants him to do, and she generally can because she's gotten so good at gently nagging her father about this and that - and would prolly annoy him terribly because she'd make a point to prance up to him whenever she could and start tickling him and ruffling his hair and stealing his book away from him so that he'd pay attention to her. And a debate sounds good, she could definetely hold her own in one, although her arguments are usually maddening. (;

The Puceys are actually halfbloods, but Flora Pucey is a socialite to the very extreme so I think that Eden and Chloe may've come across each other at some stage and probably know each other on a waves-and-smiles basis?

Ooh, yes, definetely! Eden would be thrilled to have another girly to share her too-tall woes with. Honestly, whenever Eden wears heels she feels like some sort of freakish giant.

And yes yes please, oh my god, I'm so excited that I have a Hufflepuff now.

lo/eden - ooh i like that idea! maybe they ended up stuck together somewhere and just clicked or something and have been mates since? like they don't always understand each other but they chatter a lot and always have each other's backs no matter what, like all good hufflepuffs! and when lo is being a total guy eden can tell her off and when lo thinks eden is being too much of a snob she'll roll her eyes and then pinch her chocolate as punishment

julian/eden: omg i think if she ruffled his hair or stole his book he'd be so astonished at her cheek he wouldn't even be cross. he just wouldn't be able to believe that somebody has dared to do that. he'd probably just sit there and stare at her in slight dismay as she talked at him, lolol.

chloe/eden - waa sorry got confused! but i like that idea - like they say hi in the corridor and stuff and get on well enough if they're shoved together, but they're not really friends so they don't seek to hang out with each other.

shay/eden: they're in the same house but shay is in the year above her. shay usually gets along with literally everyone but i'm afraid that she'd be rather put off by eden's snobby personality at times, not to mention that they're exact opposites in the fashion department. loeden - they may've ended up in detention together at some point? eden's astonishingly lazy about her homework at times (particularly in summer, she gets restless) but she's fairly open about not doing it if her teacher asks her and every now and then she gets involved in trouble, so she must've got chucked into detention at some point! perhaps they were cleaning in the trophy room and eden was squealing because she'd never cleaned before in her life and was leaving most of the work to lo or something, and so obviously lo would've been annoyed and if you want could've thrown a sponge at her or something. and eden could've got up and threatened to go to a professor but didn't in the end because she was feeling slightly guilty about leaving the work to lo so she grudgingly sat in the corner and produced a bar of chocolate and offered lo a measly amount but they ended up talking and seeing the funny side of things and became mates? ooh, and i completely didn't see you talking about lo's older brother in your first post - i think eden would definetely go along and watch richard play, and she'd probably dress up really fancy and get incredibly peculiar looks from all the Quidditch players but she wouldn't notice/wouldn't care less.

julianeden - eden is really talented at pretending people like her when they don't, aha, so she'd be very firm and be all "we're friends, so you can't not talk to me". and if he denied them being friends she'd tap him on the nose and call him mister grumpy and steal his food just to show him who's boss. she'd chat away to him idly and make horribly obvious hints about how much she wants diamonds/to go to a concert/lalala. and she'd probably matter-of-factly point out all of his faults all of the time and tell him to stop being antisocial/stop reading so much you'll develop a squint/etc and realise eventually that he's absolutely hopeless and appoint herself something like a lifecoach for him. and if she ever saw his parents on the platform she'd march right up and introduce herself.

chloeeden: yes, exactly - eden actually had her eye on seb for a while, however, but then she realised he is proof that money can't buy class so she backed off.

mollyeden: creys tamsin and daisy so much hot
