moira & vlad ;; moira is in vitali's year, so vlad might have seen her around / become acquainted with her. vlad hits on pretty much every single pretty girl he sees, so xP
pippa & vlad ;; he'd have seen pippa in the common room and he definitely thinks she's pretty, so he'd definitely have tried to charm her like carry her books for her, smile whenever he sees her, etc xP ^^
eva & vlad ;; they're a bit similar personality-wise, so they may have met at a party and become friends since? xP
magdalena & vlad ;; i'm getting repetitive, aren't i? xP he'd hit on that, definitely xP
rhiannon & vlad ;; vlad thinks rhiannon is really pretty, and he reckons she'll be a riot if she didn't study so much. still, he respects that so he'll probably just find her in the library / great hall and just hang out with her and drag her away from her studies for a bit (if she's willing, of course) xP
bronson & vlad ;; they could be really good friends because they're sort of similar, but they could be distant, too, because of competitiveness. xP
fritz & vlad ;; they may have met through the parties that vlad's brother allows him to come with? otherwise i think besides meeting at the slytherin common room, they wouldn't really get along with each other well xP

I ... should probably post here, since I play two siblings of your babies, don't I.
ANYWHO.
Neville/Isabella - This is the only charrie I have that might actually have some sort of relationship with Iz. They were probably in school together, so I assume they've known each other for a while, at least distantly. I would guess at a mutually respectful relationship? Any other details are up to you.
Freya/Moira - Well, these two are in the same year, so they'd have some classes together, yeah? Freya's also interested in fashion and designing, like Moira, so they might have bonded over that a bit, and Freya would looove to have someone to just toss ideas back and forth with, which is how I see this going, tbh.
Freya/Eva - These two are dormmates, Housemates and classmates, so I guess they'd have a good deal of familiarity with each other. Since Eva's so friendly, I'm sure she's on good terms with Freya, but as Freya's so introverted and all, they might not really be friends - Freya would definitely admire Eva's attitude and openness, and probably her modeling, as well, so an admiring relationship, maybe?
Euan/Pippa - I honestly love these two together! I'd say they were close, and very good friends - Euan tries to set a good example for her, but the age gap might make that a bit hard. Euan's very protective of all his sisters, but is probably secretly really concerned about Pippa after her incident over the summer.
Euan/Emi - Er, all I can think of for these two is that they were ex-lovers at some point? I dunno how serious it would have gotten or anything, but Euan's quite casual and open about sex, and he probably wouldn't have had any reason to turn Emi down if she was interested.
Euan/Digger - These two are the same age, so they might have known each other in Hogwarts. Euan's very understanding, though he might not look it, so I can see him as someone who wouldn't push Digger during the years he wasn't talking. Do you think they could work as good friends?
Euan/Nevin - I dunno if these two would be friends. I think not, but to an extent, Euan does sort of understand what it's like to feel responsible for other people in his family. He's not as driven or ambitious as Nevin, but they're only a few years apart, so they might have met each other at the Leaky or have known each other at Hogwarts?
Cara/Caspian - Well, they're both the same age and work in shops in Diagon...? IDK, I'm grasping here. But they might have known each other at Hogwarts, or met afterwards, and well, um, Cara did date a few guys in school - could he be one of them? (Okay I just want people I can RP Cara with. SO SUE ME.)
Moira/Cara - I think these two are probably very close. I dunno, but in my app, I had it down that Cara spent a lot of her younger years paired off with Moira, so she's probably very used to trying to look after Moira, I would think - WE SHOULD DO A THREAD, OMG. Anyway, I think Cara would be a bit more open with Moira than some of her other siblings, perhaps.

fritz&vlad: okay VERRRRRneville&izzy: izzy went to beauxbatons, though it's possible she was one of the girls who visited during the gang's 4th year? i never thought about that before! lol. mutual works for me. i think she'd quite like neville, tbh. (well, she loves all of her professors, hah.) but he'd very... chill, and that's a breath of fresh air for her. freya&moira: yes, they would! =D and i love that idea! i mean, moira and vera often talk about fashion and designing and whatnot... but moira will talk to anyone about it. she loves getting new opinions and such. ^^ freya&eva: yes, they would know each other a bit! lol. eva would be friends with freya, i think. she doesn't really hold people's introvertedness against them. she'd probably try to get freya to loosen up. but an admiring relationship is cool as well! whatever you want. =] euan&pippa: I AM GOING TO RESPOND TO THEIR LETTER TODAY. but that works for me. pippa is closest to kenzie, but if kenzie weren't around and pippa needed someone to talk to, she'd most likely go to euan. and she really wants to get a tattoo, hahaha. euan/emi: ummm... it's possible! i just have to think of how, lol.
